Shipping methods

DIMKO company gives you 4 possible ways to deliver your products:

1. Free shipping within Attica for purchases over € 100

The company DIMKO sends you your order at your headquarters, which is located within Attica (Athens - Piraeus - suburbs), without any charge 

in case of purchase of products over € 100. For purchases of products under € 100 the minimum charge is € 2 .

2. Shipping with Courier courier company

DIMKO company sends you your order with a courier company. Delivery is usually made on the next business day of your order, 

except in some remote areas of the country where delivery time can be up to 2 working days. The exact cost of transport costs is informed either in the respective product 

from the respective field (Shipping Cost), or when you go to complete a purchase.

3. Transportation Companies

When the volume of the machine is such that sending it by courier becomes unprofitable.Our company undertakes the shipment of products throughout Greece to selected agencies 

(usually prefecture capitals). Our company packs and transports the products to the offices of the transport company without any financial burden to the buyer.

The delivery of the products takes place in 1-3 working days in mainland Greece, in 2-5 working days in island Greece and in 3-10 working days in inaccessible areas. 

Shipping costs are borne by our company (they have been added to the final market value). Cash on delivery is not valid for this shipping method. 

For delivery to your exact headquarters the charge is different and must be preceded by telephone at 210-9959660.

4. Collection from the store

The company DIMKO gives you the opportunity to receive the products, which you have ordered, from our facilities after contacting us without any additional charge. 

Delivery can be made during the opening hours of our store (Monday-Friday 08.00-18.00 and Saturday 08.00-15.00).
